Relief coming for drywall homeowners?
Letter to Sen. Nelson details use of grants to address problems

WASHINGTON — Some relief for homeowners with defective Chinese drywall may be in the works.
U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan said in a letter to Florida Sen. Bill Nelson that his agency soon will issue guidelines that allow the use of federal Community Development Block Grants to help homeowners resolve problems with contaminated drywall.
